It usually takes 2-5 business days to process your order once it is received. We ship Monday-Friday between 9-4 pm EST. Please note that your items might arrive in multiple shipments. You will be notified via email when your items ship. To return an item (check policy page for exclusions) simply do so within 7 business days (from the date of delivery). Please let us know if the item will be returned or exchanged on your packing slip. Items should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and you may also want to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
